QwertyKids is open for on-campus coding sessions during school term.

In line with advice from NSW Health, we are not running Holiday Camps.

As a business, children are not exempt from physical distancing at QwertyKids in the same way they are at schools. While we can achieve distancing while we’re coding, during breaks we’re not so confident. Hopefully, holiday camps will be back soon.

QwertyKids has introduced a range of measures in line with current recommendations to keep our community safe:

  • Patrons must practice social distancing and respect area capacities;
  • Numbers are limited to 12 plus staff;
  • On arrival, visitors are asked to remain in the designated areas outside and wait to be seated;
  • Hand washing/hand sanitising upon entry and during class, if required;
  • Non-contact temperature checks as needed;
  • At the end of each session, parents or carers will be invited inside by staff as space permits;
  • All staff must wear protective face shields or sit behind sneeze guards;
  • Seating has been modified to keep children distanced appropriately;
  • Tables have been fitted with sneeze guards where required;
  • Keyboards are protected for multiple use with silicon covers;
  • Increased cleaning of premises and equipment between classes including sanitising of hard surfaces, fresh keyboard protectors etc;
  • Please stay at home if you or your child are suffering from any respiratory symptoms, no matter how mild.
Our mission is to make learning fun and coding play!
