Before Your Session
Drop-off, pick-up, what to pack and where to park — here’s everything you need to know before your child codes with us.
📅 Term 1 Dates
- Saturday, February 7 – Thursday, April 2
- 1 × 75-minute session per week for 8 weeks
🧠 Before Classes Begin
- Review our Session and Online Conduct Guidelines with your child.
🚪 Drop-off
- Doors open 5 minutes before session time.
- First 10 minutes = free time and informal assessment.
- Early arrivals must wait for the session to begin before joining in.
👨👩👧 Pick-up
- Join us for the final 10 minutes of class to see what your child has created.
- You’re welcome to participate or just enjoy the presentation.
🎒 What to Bring
- Medical Action Plan if applicable.
❌ What Not to Bring
- 🤒 Cold, flu or any contagious symptoms — even if mild.
- Unwell children will be isolated and sent home until picked up.
💻 Equipment
- All technology, including laptops, is provided by Qwerty Kids.
